Communication is an umbrella term. When we mention communication or importance of communication skill we actually include communication of all types. Verbal and non- verbal communication happens daily whether we are at home or at work. The fact that man can speak and react hints his power of communicating verbally and non- verbally. Even birds and animals also communicate in their own way.

Visual communication is one of the most productive and efficient ways of communicating be it on a small scale or a large scale. Our eyes should love and like what’s been in front of it so as to stimulate the brain for learning the same. Visual communication is very much demanded in schools where the learners appreciate the process and can retain what’s being told to them. Reading the text and explaining few lines here and there will not fill the gap in their minds. They will understand or try to understand what’s being mentioned but will fail. When they see that they have to learn it they will try to by heart the same. Memory fails and if they forget few key points of the content that they parroted for the exam will make their output meaningless and useless. All these will cause more pressure and stress to the student and more than appreciating the new learning he or she will be scared to the core. If this happens then their all –round growth and development of personality will be retarded. Ofcourse neither parents nor school would want this to happen to their little angels. These problems have a detrimental effect on the child and play a major role in either shaping or breaking his mental growth.

When so much is at stake then it would be judicious to take recourse of innovative and yielding system of learning. It is the responsibility of the teacher at the end of the day to see that the students understand what is being told to them and are able to appreciate the same. Good teaching will never be complete sans zahlenbilder in the classroom. The teacher can design the classroom and can increase the level of involvement running high among all students. If this happens at a regular level then there is a meaning of learning and knowledge- acquisition.
